How to configure 21cn.com for your iOS Device

Configuring 21cn.com:

It is possible that the Mail app will find the e-mail parameters itself and complete setting up your account. Follow these steps in order to see if that will be possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and tap Accounts
2. Click Add Account, then Other then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, your email address, your password and a description for account
4. Click Next. The Mail app will now try to find the e-mail parameters and set up your account. If Mail finds your e-mail parameter, tap Done to complete your account setup.

In case Mail didn't find your email configuration, it means that you have to enter them yourself. I think you will find the information below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP. If you are not certain which one to opt for, contact 21cn.com
2. Enter the required information (You will want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the e-mail setup is incorrect, you'll be asked to edit those settings.
4. In case you still can't set up the account, or store the e-mail settings, contact the provider.
