
Setting up Tinyworld.Co.Uk for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)
In this blog I will simply demonstrate how to set up Tinyworld.Co.Uk with SMTP and POP and IMAP for your Android Tablet in a straightforward language!

Configuring Tinyworld.Co.Uk
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Configuration Needed for Receiving Mail
- Select the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services support both protocols. You may want to see the information below for available settings.
- IMAP stores the e-mails on the server but it will display a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting in most cases.
- POP3 will download the mails from the remote server and it will store them on your device.
- Type in the passphrase for the e-mail address and tap Next.
- Please use the following table to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
- Now tap Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Settings
Server Hostname | The hostname given by your service provider (usually imap.TINYWORLD.CO.UK or mail.TINYWORLD.CO.UK) |
Server Port | 993 |
Username | Your e-mail address (i.e. [email protected]) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Try Both |
Outgoing E-mail Server Settings (via SMTP)
- After you type in the settings, tap Next.
- Enable Require sign-in
- Please use the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
- Click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.
Server Hostname | The hostname given by your service provider (usually smtp.TINYWORLD.CO.UK or mail.TINYWORLD.CO.UK) |
Server Port | Usually 25 or 587 |
Username | Your e-mail address (i.e. [email protected]) |
