How to configure Aim.com for an iPad/iPhone

Setting up Aim.com

It is possible that Mail will find your email settings itself, then configure your account. Follow the following steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail then click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name, your email address, your password with a description for your account
4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try to find the mail configuration and set up your account. If Mail finds the email configuration, click Done to finish your account setup.

In case the Mail app hasn't been able to automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them yourself. You will find the following table useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP for your new account If you don't know which one to opt for, contact Aim.com
2. Type in the details (You may have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your email configuration is correct, click Save to finish the setup. If the e-mail settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit them
4. If you still can't set up the email account, or store the email settings, contact Aim.com.
