Configuring Austtx.rr.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Setup

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both options. Refer to the table below for possible settings.
   • IMAP protocol stores the emails on the server and it will show a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for most users.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your Android phone.
2. Enter the password for your email account and click Next.
3. Please see the table below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

1. After you enter the settings, click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in

4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
