How to configure bestmail.us for your iPhone

What is bestmail.us:

Fastmail is an email hosting company based in Melbourne, Australia. In addition to its Fastmail-branded services, the company also operates Topicbox, a mailing list service, and Pobox, an email service it acquired in 2015. The company was acquired by Opera Software in 2010 but became independent again in 2013 through a staff buyout. Its servers are located in Bridgewater, New Jersey and Seattle, Washington. How to setup bestmail.us:

Mail app may find your e-mail settings itself, and configure your account. Apply these steps first to see if it will:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then click Accounts
2. Tap Add Account > Other then tap Add Mail Account
3. Enter your name (can be any name), email address, your password with a description for account.
4. Tap Next. Mail should try to find the mail parameters and finish your account setup. If the Mail app finds your e-mail configuration, click Done to complete your setup.

In case Mail can't automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them manually. You may need the following information:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP for your new account If you don't know which one to opt for, contact bestmail.us
2. Enter the required details (You may have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
3. If the e-mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them
4. In case you still aren't able to setup your e-mail account or save your email settings, contact the e-mail provider.
