Configuring Btconnect.com

It is possible that the Mail app will find the email parameters automatically, then complete setting up your account. Apply the following steps to try:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail and tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account > Other, and click Add Mail Account
  3. Type your name, email address, password and a description for account
  4. Click Next. Mail will now try to find the email settings and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.

If the Mail app couldn't find your e-mail settings, then you will have to enter them yourself. We think you may find the info below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose IMAP or POP. If you don't know which one to opt for, contact Btconnect.com.
  2. Enter the information (You may take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
  3. If your email configuration is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the mail setup is incorrect, you will be asked to edit those settings.
  4. If you still can't configure the account, or store your email settings, contact Btconnect.com.
