Setting up Casema.nl for an Android Phone

Configuring Casema.nl:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Configuration

1. Select the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not support both protocols! Refer to the table below for the correct protocols.
   • IMAP will keep the e-mails on the server, but it will display a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended setting for most users.
   • POP3 downloads the mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Enter the passphrase for the e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Refer to the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Configuration Required for Receiving Email using IMAP

Configuration Required for Sending Email (via SMTP)

1. After you type the parameters, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the information below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Tap Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.
