Configuring Clear.net

Mail app can find the email parameters automatically and set up your account. Apply these steps in order to see if that is possible:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail and tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account > Other, then click Add Mail Account.
  3. Type in your name, your email address, your password with a description for your account.
  4. Tap Next. The Mail app should try and find the email configuration and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the email parameter, click Done to complete your account setup.

In case the Mail app didn't automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them manually. We think you will need the information below:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you don't know which one to select, contact Clear.net
  2. Type the information (You might want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
  3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to finish . If your mail configuration is incorrect, the app will ask you to edit them
  4. In case you still can't set up your account, or save your email settings, contact Clear.net.
