Configuring Core.com:

It is possible that the Mail app will find the email settings itself and configure your account. Apply the following steps first in order to see if that is possible:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail, and tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account, click Other then click Add Mail Account
  3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, your password then a description for your account
  4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try and find the mail settings and complete your account setup. If the Mail app finds the e-mail configuration, tap Done to finish your setup.

If Mail didn't automatically set up your account, then you will need to enter them yourself. I think you may need the information below:

Incoming Mail Server (POP) Configuration

Server Hostnamemail.core.com
Server Port995
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSYes

Outgoing E-mail Server Configuration (using SMTP)

Server Hostnameauthmail.core.com
Server Port25
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose either IMAP or POP. If you don't know which one to select, contact Core.com
  2. Type in the information (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
  3. If the e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the email settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify those settings
  4. If you still aren't able to set up the email account or store your e-mail settings, contact Core.com.
