Configuring [email protected]

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Configuration

1. Choose the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not support both. Refer to the table below for possible protocols.
   • IMAP keeps the mails on the server but it will show a cached copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended setting in most cases.
   • POP3 downloads the mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your device.
2. Enter the passphrase for the email account and tap Next.
3. Use the information below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup

1. Once the settings are entered, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Use the information below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.
