
Setting up Davidtest.com for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)
In this article I will demonstrate configuring Davidtest.com with SMTP for an Android Phone in a simple way.

Configuring Davidtest.com:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Settings Required for Receiving Mail
- Select the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both! Please see the information below for possible protocols.
- IMAP will keep the emails on the server but it will display a cached copy on your device. IMAP is recommended for most users.
- POP3 downloads the mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
- Type in the password for the e-mail account and tap Next.
- Please refer to the following table to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
- Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
Configuration Required for Sending Email
- Once the settings are entered, you can click Next.
- Enable Require sign-in
- Please see the information below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
- Now click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
