How to set up Requested by Orange Spain for an Android Tablet

In this article I will simply teach you how to set up Requested by Orange Spain with POP and SMTP for an Android Phone in a simple way.

How to setup Requested by Orange Spain

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
  2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Add another account.
  4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
    • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
    • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
  5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Settings

  1. Select the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both protocols. Refer to the table below for the correct protocols.
    • IMAP protocol stores the e-mails on the server but it will display a copy on your device. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
    • POP3 downloads the emails from the server and it will store them on your device.
  2. Type the passphrase for your mail address and tap Next.
  3. Please refer to the information below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
  4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Outgoing E-mail Settings (via SMTP)

  1. After you type in the settings, tap Next.
  2. Select Require sign-in
  3. Please see the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
  4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
