How to set up fastmail.fm for your iOS Device

History of fastmail.fm:

Fastmail is an email hosting company based in Melbourne, Australia. In addition to its Fastmail-branded services, the company also operates Topicbox, a mailing list service, and Pobox, an email service it acquired in 2015. The company was acquired by Opera Software in 2010 but became independent again in 2013 through a staff buyout. Its servers are located in Bridgewater, New Jersey and Seattle, Washington. Configuring fastmail.fm:

Mail may find your settings itself, then set up your account. Follow the following steps first to try:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, and click Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other, and tap Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name, your email address, password with a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail will now try to find the e-mail settings and complete setting your account. If the Mail app finds the email configuration, click Done to complete your account setup.

If Mail didn't find your mail parameters, then you have to enter them yourself. I think you will need the information below:

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup (using SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to opt for, contact fastmail.fm.
2. Type the required details (You may refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the email settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to modify those settings
4. In case you still can't setup your account, or store your email settings, contact fastmail.fm.
