How to configure foxmail.com for your iPhone

How to configure foxmail.com:
Mail app may find the e-mail configuration itself and set up your account. Follow these steps in order to try:
- Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts
- Click Add Account > Other and tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name (can be any name), email address, your password with a description for your account
- Click Next. Mail should now try and find the mail configuration and complete setting your account. If Mail finds the e-mail configuration, tap Done to complete your setup.
In case Mail can't find your e-mail settings, it means that you need to enter them yourself. You will need the following information:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Settings
Server Hostname | imap.qq.com |
Server Port | 993 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | NONE |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Outgoing Mail Server Settings (via SMTP)
Server Hostname | smtp.qq.com |
Server Port | 465 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Select either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you don't know which one to opt for, contact foxmail.com
- Type the required details (You will want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
- If your e-mail configuration is correct, tap Save to complete the setup. If your mail settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit those settings
- In case you still are not able to setup your account or save the email settings, contact foxmail.com.
