Setting up Globo.com.br for your iOS Device

Configuring Globo.com.br:

Mail may find your email parameters automatically, then complete setting up your account. Apply these steps first to find out if that will be possible:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, and click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account > Other and click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, email address, password and a description for your account
4. Click Next. The Mail app will try to find the email parameters and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the email parameter, click Done to complete your account setup.

If Mail didn't find your mail settings, then you will need to enter them yourself. You may find the info below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to choose, contact Globo.com.br
2. Type the details (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify those settings
4. If you still can't set up your e-mail account, or save the settings, contact Globo.com.br.
