How to configure Hawaiintel.net for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring Hawaiintel.net

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Needed for Receiving Mail

1. Choose the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services provide both. You may want to refer to the information below for available parameters.
   • IMAP will keep the emails on the server and it will display a cached copy on your device. IMAP is the recommended protocol in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Type in the password for the email account and click Next.
3. Use the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

1. After you enter the configuration, you can click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Refer to the information below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
