How to set up Insight Broadband for an iOS Device

Configuring Insight Broadband

It is possible that the Mail app will find your email settings automatically and configure your account. Follow the following steps first to see if it can:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, tap Other then tap Add Mail Account.
3. Type your name, email address, your password and a description for your account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app should try to find the email settings and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the e-mail parameter, click Done to finish your setup.

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP If you aren't sure which one to choose, contact Insight Broadband
2. Enter the required details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the email setup is correct, tap Save to complete . If your email setup is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to modify them
4. If you still can't set up your email account or store the email settings, contact the email provider.
