How to set up IOL for an iOS Device

Configuring IOL

It is possible that the Mail app will find your email configuration automatically then configure your account. Follow these steps first in order to find out if it will:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and click Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other, and click Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, your password with a description for account
4. Click Next. The Mail app will try and find the mail configuration and set up your account. If Mail finds the email parameter, click Done to finish your setup.

If the Mail app couldn't find your mail settings, it means that you will need to enter them yourself. You will find the information below useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to opt for, contact IOL.
2. Type the details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
3. If your e-mail configuration is correct, click Save to finish . If your mail configuration is incorrect, you will be asked to edit the configuration.
4. If you still can't setup your e-mail account or save your settings, contact IOL.
