Setting up Kabelfoon.net

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Settings

1. Select the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not provide both options. Refer to the information below for the correct settings.
   • IMAP keeps the emails on the server but it will display a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended in most cases.
   • POP3 will download the emails from the remote server and it will keep them on your device.
2. Type in the passphrase for the e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.

Configuration Needed for Receiving E-mail via POP

Outgoing E-mail Configuration (using SMTP)

1. Once the settings are entered, click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Please see the information below to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, click the Edit Settings button.
