Configuring Knology.net for your iPhone

How to setup Knology.net:

Mail app may find the email parameters automatically and set up your account. Apply these steps first to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, click Other, then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, email address, your password with a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail will try to find the e-mail parameters and finish your account setup. If Mail finds the email parameter, tap Done to finish your account setup.

In case Mail can't find your e-mail settings, then you will need to enter them manually. I think you may find the following information useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren't sure which one to select, contact Knology.net.
2. Type in the details (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next
3. If the email settings are correct, tap Save to complete the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, the app will ask you to modify those settings.
