Configuring Knology.net for your iPhone

How to setup Knology.net:

Mail app may find the email parameters automatically and set up your account. Apply these steps first to find out if it can:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, click Other, then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, email address, your password with a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail will try to find the e-mail parameters and finish your account setup. If Mail finds the email parameter, tap Done to finish your account setup.

In case Mail can't find your e-mail settings, then you will need to enter them manually. I think you may find the following information useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP. If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Knology.net
2. Type the information (You will want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the mail settings are incorrect, the app will ask you to modify those settings.
4. If you still aren't able to configure the e-mail account or save the settings, contact your e-mail provider.
