Configuring Lewiston.com for an Android Tablet

Setting up Lewiston.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Configuration

1. Choose the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not support both. Refer to the information below for available parameters.
   • IMAP protocol stores the emails on the server and it will keep a cached copy on your Android device. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the remote server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Type the password for your email account and tap Next.
3. Please use the table below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Settings

Outgoing E-mail Settings (via SMTP)

1. After you enter the parameters, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please use the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.
