Setting up Mtsmail.ca for your iOS Device

How to setup Mtsmail.ca

Mail may find your settings automatically, then set up your account. Apply these steps to see if that is possible:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, and click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, tap Other then click Add Mail Account.
3. Type your name, your email address, password with a description for your account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app will try and find the mail configuration and finish your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail settings, click Done to finish your account setup.

If Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, then you will have to enter them yourself. I think you may need the following information:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to choose, contact Mtsmail.ca
2. Type in the details (You might refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If the email configuration is correct, tap Save to complete . If the e-mail setup is incorrect, you will be asked to edit those settings.
4. If you still can't set up the e-mail account or save the email settings, contact the email provider.
