Configuring Neo.rr.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Needed for Receiving Mail

1. Choose the type of email account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services provide both. Refer to the information below for the correct protocols.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the mails on the server, and it will display a copy on your device. IMAP is recommended in most cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the server and it will store them on your device.
2. Type the password for the mail account and click Next.
3. Please use the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
