Configuring Pullman.com
It is possible that the Mail app will find the email parameters itself then configure your account. Apply the following steps in order to try:
- Open Settings, then Mail and tap Accounts.
- Click Add Account > Other and click Add Mail Account
- Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, password then a description for account.
- Tap Next. Mail will now try to find the e-mail settings and set up your account. If Mail finds your e-mail settings, tap Done to complete your setup.
If the Mail app didn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them yourself. We think you may need the following information:
Configuration Needed for Receiving E-mail via IMAP
Server Hostname | secure.fsr.com |
Server Port | 993 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Outgoing E-mail Configuration (using SMTP)
Server Hostname | secure.fsr.com |
Server Port | 587 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Choose IMAP or POP. If you don't know which one to select, contact Pullman.com
- Enter the information (You might want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
- If your mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If the e-mail setup is incorrect, Mail will ask you to modify them
- In case you still can't configure your email account, or store the e-mail settings, contact Pullman.com.
