How to configure Rabbit.com.au for an iPhone

How to configure Rabbit.com.au

Mail app can find the email settings itself, and complete setting up your account. Apply these steps to try:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail then tap Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account > Other then tap Add Mail Account
  3. Type your name (can be any name), email address, password and a description for account.
  4. Tap Next. Mail will try and find the e-mail settings and set up your account. If the Mail app finds your e-mail configuration, click Done to complete your account setup.

In case the Mail app can't find your e-mail settings, then you will need to enter them manually. You will find the information below useful:

Incoming Mail Server (POP) Configuration

UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)

Outgoing Mail Server Configuration (using SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren't sure which one to opt for, contact Rabbit.com.au
  2. Type in the required information (You might want to take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
  3. If your e-mail setup is correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your email settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit them
  4. If you still can't set up the account, or save the email settings, contact Rabbit.com.au.
