Setting up River City Online for an iOS Device

Configuring River City Online

It is possible that the Mail app will find the e-mail settings itself then set up your account. Follow the following steps first to try:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and tap Accounts
2. Tap Add Account > Other and tap Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name, your email address, password then a description for account
4. Click Next. The Mail app will try and find the mail parameters and finish setting your account. If Mail finds your e-mail parameter, tap Done to complete your account setup.

If the Mail app couldn't find your email configuration, then you need to enter them yourself. I think you will find the following information useful:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP. If you are not sure which one to select, contact River City Online
2. Enter the details (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If your e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to edit the configuration.
4. In case you still can't set up your account, or store the email settings, contact your e-mail provider.
