How to configure Shaw.ca for your iPad/iPhone

Setting up Shaw.ca:

Mail app may find your parameters itself then set up your account. Follow these steps in order to see if that will be possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and click Accounts
2. Click Add Account, click Other, then tap Add Mail Account
3. Enter your name (can be any name), email address, password then a description for account
4. Tap Next. Mail should now try to find the e-mail settings and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail settings, click Done to finish your account setup.

In case Mail couldn't find your mail parameters, it means that you need to enter them manually. I think you will need the information below:

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Setup

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP If you are not certain which one to select, contact Shaw.ca.
2. Type in the required information (You will want to take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If your email settings are correct, tap Save to complete the setup. If the e-mail settings are incorrect, the app will ask you to edit them
4. If you still are not able to setup your e-mail account, or save the settings, contact Shaw.ca.
