Configuring Streamyx.com for an iPad/iPhone

Setting up Streamyx.com

It is possible that Mail will find your settings automatically and configure your account. Apply the following steps first to see if it can:

1. Go to Settings > Mail then click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, then Other then click Add Mail Account
3. Enter your name, your email address, your password then a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail will now try and find the email settings and finish setting your account. If the Mail app finds your e-mail parameter, tap Done to finish your account setup.

In case the Mail app hasn't been able to find your e-mail parameters, it means that you will have to enter them yourself. I think you may need the information below:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select IMAP or POP for your new account If you aren't sure which one to opt for, contact Streamyx.com
2. Type in the information (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your email settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit them
4. In case you still can't set up the account, or store the e-mail settings, contact Streamyx.com.
