How to set up T-com.ka for your Android Phone

Setting up T-com.ka:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming E-mail Server Settings

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both. You may want to refer to the information below for available protocols.
   • IMAP will store the emails on the server, but it will show a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
   • POP3 downloads the e-mails from the server and it will keep them on your Android phone.
2. Type in the passphrase for the email account and tap Next.
3. Please use the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming Mail (POP) Configuration

Configuration Required for Sending E-mail (via SMTP)

1. After you type the settings, you can click Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Use the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.
