Setting up T-com.kc for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Setting up T-com.kc:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Configuration

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not provide both protocols. Please check out the table below for possible settings.
   • IMAP protocol stores the mails on the server, but it will show a copy on your Android device. IMAP is the recommended setting in most cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Type in the passphrase for your email address and click Next.
3. Please refer to the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Incoming Mail (POP) Settings

Outgoing E-mail Server Settings (via SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are entered, click Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please use the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Tap Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
