Setting up T-com.st

It is possible that the Mail app will find your e-mail parameters itself then complete setting up your account. Follow the following steps first in order to see if that is possible:

  1. Go to Settings > Mail and click Accounts
  2. Click Add Account > Other and click Add Mail Account.
  3. Type your name (can be any name), your email address, your password then a description for your account
  4. Click Next. The Mail app should now try to find the mail parameters and complete setting your account. If Mail finds the email configuration, tap Done to complete your account setup.

In case the Mail app couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them yourself. You will need the information below:

Incoming E-mail (POP) Settings

Server Hostnamepop.t-com.st
Server Port110
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Outgoing E-mail Settings

Server Hostnamemail.t-com.st
Server Port25
UsernameYour username (do not include the part after the @ sign)
AuthenticationPassword
SSL/TLSNo

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Select IMAP or POP If you are not certain which one to opt for, contact T-com.st
  2. Type the details (You might want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
  3. If the e-mail settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the mail setup is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to edit them
  4. In case you still can't configure the e-mail account or save the settings, contact your provider.
