How to set up Three.com.hk for an iOS Device

Configuring Three.com.hk

It is possible that the Mail app will find your settings automatically, then configure your account. Apply these steps first in order to find out if it can:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and click Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account > Other and tap Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, your email address, your password and a description for your account
4. Tap Next. Mail will try and find the mail settings and set up your account. If Mail finds the e-mail configuration, tap Done to finish your account setup.

If the Mail app didn't automatically set up your account, then you will have to enter them yourself. You may need the following information:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP If you aren't sure which one to choose, contact Three.com.hk
2. Enter the details (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If the email setup is correct, click Save to finish the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit the configuration.
4. In case you still can't set up your email account, or save the email settings, contact the e-mail provider.
