Setting up iBox

It is possible that Mail will find your email configuration automatically then complete setting up your account. Apply the following steps first to find out if it will:

1. Open Settings, then Mail, then click Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other and click Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name, your email address, password and a description for account.
4. Click Next. Mail should try to find the mail parameters and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the email parameter, click Done to complete your setup.

If Mail hasn't been able to find your mail settings, it means that you will need to enter them yourself. We think you may need the information below:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose either IMAP or POP for your new account If you don't know which one to choose, contact iBox
2. Type the information (You may have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If your mail configuration is correct, tap Save to complete . If the mail configuration is incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit those settings.
4. If you still can't setup your e-mail account or store the e-mail settings, contact iBox.
