How to set up Wowway.com for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring Wowway.com

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Configuration Needed for Receiving Mail

1. Select the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Not all services provide both protocols! Refer to the information below for available settings.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the mails on the server and it will display a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will keep them on your Android phone.
2. Type the password for the e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the table below to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If there is an error, click Edit Settings.

Configuration Needed for Sending E-mail (using SMTP)

1. Once the settings are entered, you can click Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the following table in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, click the Edit Settings button.
