Setting up Wp.pl for your iPad/iPhone

In this post we will teach you setting up Wp.pl using SMTP and IMAP in a simple language.

Setting up Wp.pl:

Mail may find your settings itself, and configure your account. Apply the following steps first in order to try:

  1. Open Settings, then Mail, and click Accounts.
  2. Click Add Account > Other, then click Add Mail Account
  3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, password with a description for your account.
  4. Tap Next. The Mail app will now try to find the email configuration and finish your account setup. If the Mail app finds your email configuration, tap Done to finish your setup.

If Mail didn't automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them manually. You may find the following table useful:

Configuration Needed for Receiving E-mail using IMAP

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

  1. Choose either IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to opt for, contact Wp.pl.
  2. Type in the information (You may want to refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
  3. If the mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If your e-mail settings are incorrect, you'll be asked to modify them
  4. In case you still can't setup your email account, or store the e-mail settings, contact Wp.pl.
