Configuring Ya.ru for your iOS Device

How to setup Ya.ru:

It is possible that the Mail app will find your email parameters itself, and configure your account. Apply these steps first in order to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and click Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, then Other, then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name (can be any name), your email address, password then a description for account
4. Tap Next. The Mail app should try to find the e-mail configuration and set up your account. If the Mail app finds the e-mail settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.

In case Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, then you have to enter them manually. You may need the following information:

Outgoing E-mail Configuration

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Configuration

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Ya.ru.
2. Type in the details (You will want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next.
3. If your email settings are correct, click Save to complete . If the e-mail settings are incorrect, you will be asked to edit those settings
4. In case you still can't configure the account, or store the e-mail settings, contact the provider.
