How to set up Hutchison Denmark:
Mail may find the email configuration itself and set up your account. Follow the following steps to try:
- Open Settings, then Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Click Add Account > Other and tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password with a description for account.
- Tap Next. Mail should now try and find the mail settings and complete your account setup. If Mail finds the e-mail settings, click Done to finish your account setup.
If Mail can't find your email settings, it means that you need to enter them manually. I think you will need the information below:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Settings
Server Hostname | imap.3.dk |
Server Port | 143 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | No |
Outgoing Mail Server Configuration (via SMTP)
Server Hostname | smtp.tre.se |
Server Port | 25 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | NONE |
SSL/TLS | No |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Choose either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Hutchison Denmark
- Type the required details (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
- If the mail settings are correct, click Save to finish . If the mail settings are incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit those settings.
- If you still aren't able to set up the email account or store the email settings, contact the provider.
