How to set up Viva.Com.Kw for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Setting up Viva.Com.Kw:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Setup

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not provide both options. Refer to the table below for the correct settings.
   • IMAP protocol keeps the mails on the server and it will display a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your Android device.
2. Type the password for your mail address and tap Next.
3. Please refer to the table below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Tap Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

1. Once the parameters are entered, click Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
