How to configure Abelia.ocn.ne.jp for your iOS Device

Configuring Abelia.ocn.ne.jp:

Mail app may find the email configuration itself, then complete setting up your account. Follow these steps to try:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name (can be any name), your email address, password and a description for your account.
4. Click Next. Mail will now try and find the email settings and set up your account. If the Mail app finds your e-mail configuration, tap Done to complete your account setup.

If Mail didn't find your email settings, then you will have to enter them manually. I think you may find the table below useful:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Settings

Outgoing E-mail Server Configuration (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP. If you aren't certain which one to opt for, contact Abelia.ocn.ne.jp
2. Type in the information (You may want to have a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the e-mail setup is correct, click Save to finish the setup. If the e-mail settings are incorrect, you will be asked to modify those settings
4. In case you still aren't able to setup the account, or store your e-mail settings, contact your email provider.
