How to configure Asia.apple.com for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Setting up Asia.apple.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Configuration Required for Receiving Email

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Not all services provide both options. You may want to see the table below for available parameters.
   • IMAP protocol stores the e-mails on the server and it will keep a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended for almost all users.
   • POP3 will download the e-mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Enter the password for the e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Please see the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now tap Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Configuration

Settings Needed for Sending E-mail (via SMTP)

1. After you type in the parameters, you can click Next.
2. Enable Require sign-in
3. Please use the table below in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.
