Setting up Bellnet.ca for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Setting up Bellnet.ca:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Server Configuration

1. Select the type of mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services support both options. Please check out the information below for the correct parameters.
   • IMAP will keep the mails on the server and it will show a cached copy on your device. IMAP is recommended in most cases.
   • POP3 downloads the emails from the server and it will keep them on your Android device.
2. Type in the password for the e-mail account and click Next.
3. Please use the following information in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings page.
4. Click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

1. Once the settings are filled in, you can tap Next.
2. Turn on Require sign-in
3. Please see the following information to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, click Edit Settings.
