Configuring Blueyonder.co.uk for a Samsung Galaxy (Android)
With this post I will simply explain how to configure Blueyonder.co.uk with IMAP and SMTP for a Samsung Galaxy (Android) in an easy to follow fashion.

Setting up Blueyonder.co.uk:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
- In the top right, tap your profile picture.
- Tap Add another account.
- Choose the type of account you want to add:
- If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
- If you don't see your email service, select Other.
- Enter your email address and tap Next.
Configuration Required for Receiving Email
- Choose the type of e-mail account (POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Some services may not provide both protocols. Refer to the table below for the correct parameters.
- IMAP protocol will keep the e-mails on the server, and it will display a copy on your Android device. IMAP is the recommended setting for most users.
- POP3 will download the e-mails from the server and it will keep them on your device.
- Enter the password for the e-mail account and tap Next.
- Refer to the information below in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
- Now click Next. If there is an error, tap Edit Settings.

Outgoing E-mail Server Settings (via SMTP)
- After you type in the parameters, click Next.
- Select Require sign-in
- Please use the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
- Click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
