How to set up Bresnan.net

Mail can find the email configuration automatically and configure your account. Apply the following steps to find out if it will:

1. Open Settings, then Mail then tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account > Other then click Add Mail Account
3. Type your name, email address, password then a description for your account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app will now try and find the mail settings and finish your account setup. If the Mail app finds the email parameter, tap Done to complete your account setup.

If the Mail app can't find your email settings, it means that you will need to enter them manually. You may need the information below:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) Configuration

Outgoing E-mail Server Configuration (using SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren't certain which one to choose, contact Bresnan.net
2. Enter the required information (You might refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If the mail settings are correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the email settings are incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit the configuration
4. If you still are not able to set up the e-mail account, or save your settings, contact Bresnan.net.
