How to set up Centrum.cz for your Samsung Galaxy (Android)

Configuring Centrum.cz:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Incoming Email Server Configuration

1. Select the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will use. Not all services support both protocols! Refer to the information below for possible parameters.
   • IMAP protocol will keep the mails on the server, but it will show a copy on your Android phone. IMAP is the recommended protocol in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the server and it will store them on your Android phone.
2. Enter the password for your e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Use the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now tap Next. If there is an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

Configuration Required for Receiving Email via IMAP

Outgoing Mail Settings (using SMTP)

1. Once the parameters are filled in, you can tap Next.
2. Select Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the following information in order to complete the Outgoing Server Settings settings.
4. Click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.
