How to configure Claro Argentina for an iPad/iPhone

Setting up Claro Argentina

It is possible that Mail will find the email parameters itself and configure your account. Apply these steps first in order to see if that is possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail then tap Accounts.
2. Click Add Account, then Other then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name (can be any name), your email address, your password with a description for your account
4. Click Next. The Mail app will try to find the mail settings and set up your account. If Mail finds the e-mail settings, click Done to complete your setup.

In case the Mail app hasn't been able to automatically set up your account, then you need to enter them manually. You may need the following information:

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP If you don't know which one to select, contact Claro Argentina
2. Enter the required details (You will refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
3. If your mail configuration is correct, tap Save to finish . If your email setup is incorrect, you'll be asked to edit the configuration
4. In case you still are not able to configure the account or store the settings, contact Claro Argentina.
