Setting up Colfax.com:
It is possible that Mail will find the settings itself, and configure your account. Follow the following steps first to find out if it will:
- Open Settings, then Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Click Add Account, tap Other, then click Add Mail Account.
- Type your name, email address, your password and a description for your account
- Click Next. Mail will try and find the mail settings and complete your account setup. If the Mail app finds your email configuration, click Done to finish your setup.
If Mail can't find your e-mail parameters, then you will need to enter them manually. I think you will find the information below useful:
Configuration Needed for Receiving E-mail using IMAP
Server Hostname | secure.fsr.com |
Server Port | 993 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Configuration Needed for Sending E-mail
Server Hostname | secure.fsr.com |
Server Port | 587 |
Username | Your username (do not include the part after the @ sign) |
Authentication | Password |
SSL/TLS | Yes |
Tap Next, then follow these steps:
- Choose either IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren't certain which one to choose, contact Colfax.com.
- Enter the required information (You may want to take a look at the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then click Next
- If the email setup is correct, click Save to complete the setup. If the e-mail settings are incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to modify those settings
- If you still are not able to set up the email account or save your e-mail settings, contact your e-mail provider.
