Configuring Columbus.rr.com

Mail can find the parameters itself, and configure your account. Apply these steps first to try:

1. Open Settings, then Mail and tap Accounts
2. Tap Add Account > Other then tap Add Mail Account
3. Type in your name, your email address, your password then a description for account.
4. Tap Next. Mail will now try to find the email parameters and complete your account setup. If Mail finds your email configuration, click Done to complete your account setup.

If the Mail app didn't find your email parameters, it means that you will have to enter them yourself. You will need the following information:

Incoming E-mail Server (IMAP) Setup

Outgoing E-mail Configuration

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Choose IMAP or POP. If you don't know which one to choose, contact Columbus.rr.com
2. Enter the required details (You might refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If your mail settings are correct, tap Save to finish the setup. If the email configuration is incorrect, the Mail app will ask you to modify them.
4. If you still can't set up the e-mail account or save your settings, contact the provider.
