Configuring Deltacom.com for an Android Device

Setting up Deltacom.com:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Setup Required for Receiving Email

1. Choose the type of e-mail account (either POP3 or IMAP) you will be using. Some services may not support both protocols! Please refer to the information below for possible settings.
   • IMAP will keep the emails on the server, and it will show a cached copy on your Android phone. IMAP is recommended in most cases.
   • POP3 will download the mails from the remote server and it will keep them on your device.
2. Type in the passphrase for your e-mail address and tap Next.
3. Refer to the following table in order to complete the Incoming Server Settings settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.

Outgoing E-mail Settings (using SMTP)

1. After you enter the settings, tap Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
3. Please refer to the following table to complete the Outgoing Server Settings page.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap Edit Settings.
