Configuring Emirates.net.ae for your iOS Device

Configuring Emirates.net.ae:

Mail app may find your e-mail configuration itself and configure your account. Apply these steps in order to see if that is possible:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, and click Accounts
2. Click Add Account, click Other then click Add Mail Account.
3. Type in your name, your email address, your password then a description for your account.
4. Click Next. The Mail app should try and find the email configuration and finish setting your account. If the Mail app finds the email configuration, tap Done to finish your setup.

In case Mail couldn't automatically set up your account, it means that you need to enter them manually. You may need the following information:

Incoming E-mail (IMAP) Settings

Outgoing E-mail Settings (via SMTP)

Tap Next, then follow these steps:

1. Select either IMAP or POP If you are not certain which one to select, contact Emirates.net.ae
2. Type in the details (You may refer to the table above) for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
3. If the mail configuration is correct, click Save to complete . If your email settings are incorrect, Mail will ask you to edit them
4. In case you still aren't able to set up your account, or store the settings, contact Emirates.net.ae.
