Setting up fastmail.com.au

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Add another account.
4. Choose the type of account you want to add:
   • If you check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Outlook, Hotmail, and Live.
   • If you don't see your email service, select Other.
5. Enter your email address and tap Next.

Settings Needed for Receiving Email

1. Select the type of email account (either POP3 or IMAP) you want to use. Some services may not provide both. Refer to the information below for the correct protocols.
   • IMAP protocol will keep the emails on the server, but it will show a copy on your Android device. IMAP is recommended in almost all cases.
   • POP3 will download the emails from the server and it will store them on your Android device.
2. Type the passphrase for your e-mail account and tap Next.
3. Please use the following information to complete the Incoming Server Settings.
4. Now click Next. If you see an error, tap the Edit Settings button.

1. Once the parameters are typed in, click Next.
2. Check Require sign-in
